They’ll use our unique tool called the iTero Element to scan your smile and make a precise 3D digital scan of your teeth. This will help your dental provider put together a treatment plan uniquely for you. Your dental provider will contact you to pick up your first set of Invisalign aligners, scan them to ensure the perfect fit and confirm that our high standards are being met. After that, it’s as simple as wearing your Invisalign as directed and returning every few weeks for a check-up. The check-up appointments will guide your progress and you’ll receive the next batch of aligners when the time is right to make the change for your teeth. The aligners will be designed to continue gradually encouraging your teeth to straighten and align throughout the process. You should see change in as little as a few weeks, and some patients can complete their Invisalign journey in as little as six months, depending on the original placement and complexity of your dental needs.
Costs of Invisalign
Invisalign treatment costs are similar to traditional braces and based off your dental provider costs and insurance coverage. Most insurance will cover at least 20% of costs and providers usually work with patients on payment options throughout the course of your Invisalign treatment. As an example, if a provider quote is $4,800 and insurance covers $1,800, the monthly payment would be $125 per month for 24 months.
